Mick Ralphs, the founding guitarist of Bad Company and Mott the Hoople, has passed away at the age of 81. His death was announced on the band's official website. Ralphs had been in poor health since suffering a stroke in 2016 and was set for a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction.
