A nationwide listeria outbreak has resulted in 17 reported illnesses and three deaths. The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service has announced a recall of certain ready-to-eat chicken fettuccine Alfredo meals linked to the outbreak to protect public health.
