A new photograph of Arturo Gamboa, a 24-year-old protester arrested in connection with a fatal shooting during the 'No Kings' protest in Salt Lake City, has surfaced. The image differs from the one previously shared by safety volunteers at the event. Gamboa did not fire his weapon.
